The Rules
- Official start date: February 19, 2018
- Official end date: March 23, 2018 (5 weeks total)
- Record points each day and total them at the end of the week
- Each category is worth a given number of points listed below
Weekly Point Tracking
Nutrition:
- 4 points max/day
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner and one snack each count as 1 point. If you do not meet the requirements for one of the meals, you get 0 points. If you meet all requirements for every meal throughout the entire day, you get all 4 points.
Hydration:
- 1 point max/day
- 8 cups/day (1 cup=8oz)
Sleep Well:
- 1 point max/day
- To achieve your sleep point, you need to unplug and attempt to sleep for at least 7 hours a day
#AlwaysTraining:
- 1 point max/day
- 5 points max/week
- Training must consist of at least 10 min of vigorous exercise, or 20+ min of moderate exercise.
- Checking into the Reebok HQ Fitness Center will qualify as a training point, but you do NOT have to train in the gym to qualify as a point for this challenge (You will still be required to complete 10 checkins for your free month through payroll)
- You can only get an #AlwaysTraining point Monday – Saturday.
Mobility:
- 1 point max/day
- To achieve your mobility point, you need to stretch for at least 20 minutes a day
Mindfulness:
- 1 point max/day
- To achieve your mediation point, you need to meditate for at least 20 minutes a day
Random Acts of Kindness:
- 1 point max/day
- To achieve your random act of kindness point you need to perform at least one random act of kindness a day
How to Win
Each week, every participant who reaches the given number of points for that week gets put into a raffle for a weekly prize. The total number of points that needs to be achieved each week to be placed in the raffle are listed below.
- Week 1: 35
- Week 2: 40
- Week 3: 45
- Week 4: 50
- Week 5: 55
At the end of the 5 weeks, there will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes for both men and women for the most points total over the 5 weeks.
