Boxing & Combat

In Boxing you’ll learn the fundamentals of the sport including stance, punching techniques, bag and mitt drills, slipping, countering and hitting combos.  The judgement free, zero intimidation, results driven environment is for anyone and everyone looking to step outside their fitness box.  Be prepared to sweat, sweat, and sweat some more. You will be learning the same drills as competitive fighters and getting a killer workout in at the same time.
