Brooke Rosenbauer

Brooke is a proud member of the Les Mills US National Presenting Team for BodyAttack and Body Pump. A Vermont-bred former soccer player and ski racer, her passion is sharing her athletic spirit with others through fitness classes and building a strong studio fitness community at Reebok. She is an Elite Les Mills instructor certified in CXWORX, BodyJam, BodyAttack, BodyFlow, GRIT, and BodyPump in addition to being an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and ACE Health Coach and a featured nutrition contributor for Adidas GamePlan A. With a Master’s Degree in International Health Policy and Management from Brandeis University’s Heller School, Brooke is also working to use the power of sport and fitness to change the lives of youth on a global scale through a professional career in sport-based youth development. Currently, she is Reebok’s Sr. Manager of Strategy and Impact for Social Purpose, focusing on managing the Reebok Foundation’s initiatives to bring fitness to disadvantaged populations. After her athletic ambitions ended with a car accident and a broken pelvis, group fitness emerged for Brooke as a source of physical and mental strength. She became a personal trainer in 2013 and the rest is history. Being able to create positive experiences and motivate and empower others to be their mental, physical and social best through fitness is a powerful gift that she appreciates and enjoys every single day.
