The needs of our athletes differ by degree not by type. We believe that everyone should practice constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. It is our goal to prepare our athletes for the unknown and unknowable conditions of their lives. We accomplish this by exposing our athletes to a broad range of stimulus to elicit a broad range of adaptation.

Austin is the head coach at Reebok CrossFit ONE and has been in the world of CrossFit for 5 years, prior to that he was a personal trainer.
Since finding CrossFit in 2008, she has competed at both the CrossFit Regional & Games level, and has experienced life on the other side of the barbell, as a CrossFit Games Head Judge in years 2011 – 2017.
To me, CrossFit is much more than a strength and conditioning program. It is a way of life. It is a fitness regimen that teaches discipline, integrity, and camaraderie.
Kevin is a lead trainer at Reebok CrossFit ONE and a native of Massachusetts. He has been coaching CrossFit since 2011 and has been a part of the team here at Reebok since 2015.
