CrossFit On-Ramp Program

Sign-up for our 2-week elements course. The course will consist of six 1-hour sessions, where you will be introduced to CrossFit through brief lectures on the CrossFit methodology, exposure to the basic movements, and workouts (WODs). The last day includes joining a regular class where you will be integrated into the greater Reebok CrossFit One community.

Classes: Mon, Wed & Fri – 7:45a-8:45a

Requirements
All we ask you to bring with you is a great attitude and open-mind. This course has been designed to meet the fitness levels of any individual who possesses the desire to be better. Our instructors are amongst some the best in the business and will provide you with the optimal platform for success. All members of the Reebok Fitness Facility MUST wear Reebok or non-competitive athletic clothing and shoes.
