Ride and Core

Ride and Core is 30 minutes of spin and 20 minutes of core/strength. The strength section is split into blocks: block one is short intervals of exercises (planks, Russian twists, push-ups, etc.) and block two is AMRAP with 4-6 reps of each exercise (burpee, slams, v-sits, etc.).
