Ruben is a coach at Reebok CrossFit ONE. Originally from San Diego, California he uprooted his life to be surrounded by like-minded individuals. Ruben has a passion for helping others and improving their quality of life. Ruben is also a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and loves to share the art with others. Ruben’s favorite part about working at Reebok is the amazing individuals he gets to work with on a daily basis who inspire him to be a better version of himself daily.
