Sadie Bear

WORK HARD and HAVE FUN – these are the two simple goals of Sadie’s Spin & Core class (killer 30-minute cardio workout followed by 20-minutes of strength and core exercises off the bike).  Sadie has been spinning for years, and teaching at BFX Studio in Boston and Reebok since early 2015.  Her classes are high energy, motivating and action packed, and they have a good mix of tunes, including classic throwbacks (think Whitney Houston, Tina Turner, Notorious BIG, Salt-N-Pepa) along with Top 40 hits.  Come join the fun!
