Austin is the head coach at Reebok CrossFit ONE and has been in the world of CrossFit for 5 years, prior to that he was a personal trainer.
Brooke is a proud member of the Les Mills US National Presenting Team for BodyAttack and Body Pump. Her passion is sharing her athletic spirit with others through fitness classes and building a strong studio fitness community at Reebok
Carmen knows first hand the emotional benefits of fitness; and nothing is more rewarding to her than seeing her members gaining confidence and empowerment, while having fun and also getting physically FIT.
Crystal brings her passion for cardio, strength intervals, and music to her spin and rowhouse classes here at Reebok Drydock. She also likes to push her classes past their limits by mixing up RPM and Wattage drills to keep you accountable and beating your personal best.
Since finding CrossFit in 2008, she has competed at both the CrossFit Regional & Games level, and has experienced life on the other side of the barbell, as a CrossFit Games Head Judge in years 2011 – 2017.
Fern is a creative and expressive Yoga teacher bringing over 35-years experience to each class. She works with alignment, gravity awareness and breath.
Fluid Yoga exposed me to a much deeper and broader dimension of Yoga as a WHOLE – diving into Body, Speech, Mind aspects.
Prior to joining the Reebok Team I worked with children and began a fitness/yoga routine with them in the hopes to help them find positive outlets both physically and mentally!
Kelly’s passion for health and fitness shines through in each of the classes she instructs. Kelly is a certified personal trainer, nutritional coach, spin instructor, and yoga teacher and also holds a full time job as an apparel development manager for Reebok.
Kevin is a lead trainer at Reebok CrossFit ONE and a native of Massachusetts. He has been coaching CrossFit since 2011 and has been a part of the team here at Reebok since 2015.
Mike Pitt, a Massachusetts native, has been boxing and training for over 15 years. A former D1 football player, he transitioned into MMA with an emphasis in Boxing.
When I’m not teaching yoga or group fitness, you can find me sweating it out at spin, bootcamp, boxing, and everything in between.
Originally from San Diego, California he uprooted his life to be surrounded by like-minded individuals.
Kristen will help to identify postural and movement patterns that contribute to pain and imbalance, gather information from your health history and use a variety of massage techniques to decrease pain and improve function.
Katie Pedrick, MAOM, L.Ac, is a board certified acupuncturist and herbalist who received her Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture.
