Tabata is a high-intensity interval training class that alternates between 20 seconds of all-out effort followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 total rounds. A mix of bodyweight exercises and occasional strength training, this class promises an intense workout, but is open to all fitness levels!

Boxing Skills & Drills

The ultimate boxing workout in a fun and challenging environment. We provide boxing gloves, but your own hand wraps are recommended.

Core Fit

This 30-min class will help you build a strong core by focusing on your abdominal muscles, hips, glutes and back so that you can move better, improve your balance and stability, reduce your risk of injury, increase your power output, and improve your athletic performance!

Barre

Barre mixes elements of ballet, yoga and Pilates with high repetition, low impact movements that will strengthen your core, arms, legs, and glutes. Suitable for all levels!
